Community Trust Bank Marks Opening of New Madison Banking Center
State-of-the-art facility offers innovative customer service and benefits
Madison, MS – Community Trust Bank is celebrating the grand opening of its Madison Banking Center at 1910 Main St., Madison, MS. The new, state-of-the-art banking facility features many innovative design elements that improve the customer experience by offering services in an expedited, efficient fashion.
“We are so pleased to welcome the public to our new Banking Center in Madison,” said Larry Ratzlaff, Mississippi President, Community Trust Bank. “Our new building incorporates innovative features that allow our employees to provide a quality service experience to our customers, which is our number one priority at Community Trust Bank. We want every customer to feel like our only customer every time.”
Highlighted by state-of-the-art technology, the new banking center includes multiple full service drive-thru lanes, and new dialogue towers in the lobby. Customers are greeted when they enter the banking center by a representative at the concierge station or by one of the bankers in the center. The customer is then escorted to one of the dialogue towers where they stand side by side with a personal banker who will assist with the financial transaction, offering a more individualized, one-on-one service experience.
The Madison Banking Center opened in late November 2012. To mark the opening of this new Banking Center, a grand opening celebration will be held on Tuesday, January 22, at 4:30 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
This is the second new location Community Trust Bank has opened in Mississippi. The bank’s Highland Colony Financial Center, located at 1063 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland, opened in August 2012. Community Trust Bank will also open its Flowood Banking Center in February, with a grand opening planned for March.
