Community Trust Bank Names Jim Crotwell as New Lending Manager

New lending manager brings decades of industry experience to bank

RUSTON, LA – Community Trust Bank announced that Jim Crotwell has joined its team as Middle Market Lending Manager in Northeast Louisiana, responsible for managing and growing the middle market group. Crotwell brings more than two decades of banking experience to Community Trust Bank.

A graduate of Northeast Louisiana University (ULM) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Crotwell has focused on serving businesses throughout his banking career, serving in both production and management roles.

Born and raised in Monroe, Crotwell takes pride in his community and currently serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Ouachita Council on Aging, and as League Vice President of the Monroe Youth Baseball Association.

He has also served as a baseball coach for the past 12 years, a football coach for the YMCA for three years, as Chairman of the Board for United Way of Northeast LA in 2004, and was the 2004 recipient of the Monroe Chamber’s “James M. Shipp’s Memorial Young Business Leader Award”.

Crotwell has been married to Lori Brown Crotwell for 25 years. They have two children, son Reagan and daughter Allison.
